Role of a Owner

Your primary role as a franchise owner is to seek opportunities to build relationships in your community. You will meet with key decision makers such as school principals, learning center directors and presidents of Home School Associations and other administrators. These are the individuals that will help grow your business.

As the owner of a SoccerGemz franchise, we encourage you to utilize your time to manage and train your staff while growing your business. However, we would never deny franchisees the opportunity to teach classes, as a new owner you may frequently want to also embrace the opportunity to experience the joy and excitement our programs provide to children on a weekly basis. However, the owners that grow the largest businesses and ensure success over the long term are those that hire part-time instructors to keep up with the registration increase in their market.

What it takes to be a G.E.M

As a franchisee, you and your staff will create fun and engaging activities in weekly classes which incorporate the fundamentals of soccer. We pride ourselves on continuously improving our curriculum and lesson plans, and our franchise owners are encouraged to contribute to developing new activities. (Generous)
